Treasury – Everything looks to be in order. The budget has not yet been set for the Summer Kick Off in Observatory Park. At the June meeting we hope to discuss more details about a sidewalk allotment from years ago, that just came up in conversation.
Parks & Sidewalks– The INC SQL Server 2008 R2 nøkkel meeting had a discussion about urging the city to modify the snow plowing that is causing sidewalks to pile up with ice and snow. The feeling is there needs to be a better balance between pedestrian and car traffic. The INC is also trying to get more information to the RNO’s on temporary patio permits, and changes of ownership with a Medical Marijuana or Liquor License Permits. And should any neighbors wish to have a community garden, please contact the Parks Department. MacEntire Park which is on the East side of the Harvard Gulch is trying to connect to the trail to the YMCA building.
Advisory – Bill is trying to get a transition meeting together when the new President takes over.
Nominations – Ellen is trying to contact those with interest in the UPCC via a contact list provided by Ryan Zorn. She is looking for more people with some familiarity within the UPCC.
Zoning – SE corner of Iliff & Columbine is asking for some changes to the lot, and Pat will email the group once all the details are together. The hearing is set for April 24th.
Jen – Sunday May 6th is the University Park home tour with car and motorcycle show. Pam & Jen are still doing the neighborhood garage sale the 1st & 2nd of June. The summer kickoff in Observatory Park is June 10, 2012.
Tom – University Park Historic Tour May 25 & 26, 2012 with Nancy Mead, Rosemary will follow up on the details of this, as the board is unaware of any of the details. Tom and Dana thought about changing the bi-laws making the PTA liaison a voting position. This is a topic that may come up in more detail, again during the June meeting.
