Every July 4th at 10 am in near Observatory Park you will find all the neighborhood kids in a bike parade along Warren Street between Milwaukee and Filmore. All kids are welcome, and the VFW Band is on hand to make the day all the more festive. Following the Parade, Denver Fire Station 24 brings over a pumper truck to help beat the heat and hose down the crowd. The University Park Mothers Club has a booth that provides refreshments.
