The University Park Community Council

The University Park Community Council (UPCC) is a registered neighborhood organization (RNO) with the City of Denver. It is a nonprofit organization that addresses University Park neighborhood issues and interests and is made up of all volunteers. The UPCC by-laws state that the purpose of the organization is “the promotion of social welfare, common good and general welfare of the University Park Community.”

Boundaries for University Park Community Council are:

  • I25 to the North
  • Yale to the South
  • Colorado Boulevard to the East
  • University Boulevard to the West

All University Park residents are members of the University Park Community Council (UPCC).  Annual dues of $20 per household ($15 for seniors) are voluntary and help support our regular business activity, annual events, the neighborhood newsletter and other administrative costs.
